About the Role

This position involves providing medical treatment and interventions to patients with various conditions, including adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing plans of care to meet the needs of patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing education and guidance to patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing, preferably with ACLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
