Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategies Associate Director to join our Talent & Culture organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization.

You will work closely with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs, analyze market compensation survey results, and provide complex market analyses and recommendations to compensation issues. Additionally, you will develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend, and offer guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes.

As a Compensation Strategies Associate Director, you will collaborate with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans. You will also work with HR Business Advisors and leaders in the client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization.
2. Work closely with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs.
3. Analyze market compensation survey results and provide complex market analyses and recommendations to compensation issues.
4. Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend, and offer guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes.
5. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans.
6. Work with HR Business Advisors and leaders in the client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design.
2. Experience in consulting/services industry a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
4. Microsoft Office applications proficiency including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions.
6. Excellent project management skills including robust follow-up and detail tracking.
7. Knowledge of compensation and benefits subjects.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume, being a team player with a positive attitude and a strong capacity to work with limited supervision.
