Radiant Security is a pioneering company in the cybersecurity industry, offering innovative solutions such as the AI SOC Analyst. This groundbreaking technology uses artificial intelligence to emulate the experience and decision-making of top-tier security analysts. With Radiant, alerts are sent to our AI analyst before they reach the SOC, where they are subjected to a series of dynamically selected tests to determine maliciousness. Within 3 minutes, decision-ready results are available, including a detailed incident summary, root cause analysis, and an incident-specific response plan. This enables SOC teams to detect more attacks, respond more rapidly, and get more done.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to build out our demand generation program and eventually hire and manage the required team. This person will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align demand generation efforts with business goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to enhance demand generation efforts.
  • Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team as the program scales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team.
