Key Responsibilities

The Youth Violence Reduction Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Youth Violence Prevention Specialist (YP3) team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing plans to achieve program goals and milestones.
  • Providing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining records and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Engaging with community members, referral sources, and capacity-building entities.
