Overview:
This Senior Associate role is pivotal within a prominent foundation dedicated to enhancing community welfare and advancing philanthropic efforts nationwide. The organization acts as a vital intermediary for both grantors and grantees, overseeing the comprehensive lifecycle of charitable initiatives of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and grantors/grantees to effectively manage grant-funded initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of fiscal sponsorship projects.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including grantors and grantees, to facilitate project success.
  • Offer expertise on IRS regulations pertinent to foundations and funds.
  • Engage in continuous process enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the finance team as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in an operational or programmatic capacity within the nonprofit, foundation, or public sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • A strong commitment to making a positive impact in communities.
  • Familiarity with grants administration and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting is a plus.
