Job Summary

David Munson Agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and developing customer relationships, and supporting the agent in achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to execute a detailed business plan
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree required
