Job Title: Clinical Director Assistant

At Samuel Contract Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinic Director and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative backup to the Clinic Director as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Clinic Oversight: Assume responsibility for clinic oversight in the event of staff absences or vacancies, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Counselor Supervision: Supervise CASAC Counselors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services and maintaining accurate case notes and records.
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide regular clinical supervision to counselors, focusing on case analysis, treatment planning, and case management.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of patient treatment and reporting documentation, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Patient Engagement: Coordinate the release of patient treatment summaries to requesting agencies and ensure timely completion of patient treatment and reporting documentation.
  • Staff Development: Provide staff training and ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure staff maintain patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Education: Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of post-Masters degree experience in emotional/behavioral assessment and treatment, including experience with substance users.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a counseling supervisor.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to motivate and develop individuals and groups.
