  • Oversee HIPAA compliance and Infection Control guidelines of OSHA and CDC.
  • Supervise clinical staff and students.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain strong connections between academics and clinic.
  • Participate in professional research and development.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Doctoral Degree Preferred)
  • ASHA Certification with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • State Licensure
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
