Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Formulate and implement innovative recruitment strategies utilizing creative and cost-efficient methods to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Oversee the candidate relationship process to enhance the overall candidate experience, improve retention rates, and encourage referrals.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop compelling recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, events, and campaigns to draw candidates to our organization.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain networks to identify and engage with qualified passive candidates.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives, including costs, time-to-hire, and other critical metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable state, federal, and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and online searches.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field with a proven track record.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the service industry, sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in home care is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong assessment skills to accurately evaluate professional qualifications and personal attributes.
  • Exceptional focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven networking skills and creativity in sourcing candidates.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
