- Execute various administrative tasks to assist the clinical team, promoting efficient operations.
- Organize and oversee appointment scheduling through our digital management system.
- Confirm insurance coverage and secure necessary authorizations when required.
- Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and guide patients to financial advisors as needed.
- Accurately input and maintain patient demographic, billing, and clinical data in our registration system.
- Manage medical referrals and follow-up processes, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
- Support data entry tasks, ensuring precision and promptness in all activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing referrals and data entry.
