- Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and guide patients to financial advisors when required.
- Ensure precise entry and upkeep of patient demographics, billing, and clinical data in the registration database.
- Coordinate medical referrals and follow-up actions, guaranteeing comprehensive patient care.
- Support data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and promptness in all responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing referrals and data accuracy.
