  • Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and guide patients to financial advisors when required.
  • Ensure precise entry and upkeep of patient demographics, billing, and clinical data in the registration database.
  • Coordinate medical referrals and follow-up actions, guaranteeing comprehensive patient care.
  • Support data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and promptness in all responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and a dynamic work environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing referrals and data accuracy.
  • Previous experience in customer service, medical office settings, retail, or roles requiring multitasking and independent work is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
