Position Overview: Northwest Center is seeking a dedicated Custodial Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in supervising the daily functions of our cleaning personnel, ensuring that all sanitation and maintenance activities align with established contractual obligations and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of custodial teams across designated contract locations.
  • Guarantee that all cleaning and maintenance duties are executed per the specified standards.
  • Develop and enforce innovative policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the custodial workforce.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and maintain accurate records, including daily logs and employee attendance.
  • Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies within the assigned geographical area.
  • Investigate and document any incidents or property damage.
  • Perform monthly safety audits of all custodial equipment and supplies.
  • Stay informed about time study methodologies and contractual obligations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in custodial services, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
