You will provide guidance and quality control to the janitorial staff, conduct multiple inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with daily cleaning schedules, and coordinate with facility management and janitorial staff to address any maintenance or cleaning issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train janitorial staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct multiple inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with daily cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate with facility management and janitorial staff to address any maintenance or cleaning issues
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Handle any escalated issues or complaints from staff or clients
  • Rotate between facility buildings as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in janitorial or custodial services in a medical setting is required
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures
  • Must be able to pass a VA background check
  • Must be a US Citizen, no sponsorship available
  • Hold a Bloodborne Pathogen and Exam Room training certification or have the ability to obtain certifications before your start date
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $26 to $28 per hour for this full-time position. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k, available after 60 days of employment.
