Position Overview

As a Social Responsibility Advisor at Augmentjobs, you will be instrumental in fostering positive societal transformations by partnering with organizations to craft and execute effective social responsibility initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to evaluate their social responsibility aspirations, devise innovative programs, and assess outcomes to ensure substantial contributions to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to comprehend their social responsibility aims and deliver customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement all-encompassing social responsibility plans that resonate with clients' missions and values.
  • Program Development: Create and supervise the implementation of social responsibility initiatives, including community outreach, sustainability projects, and charitable activities.
  • Impact Evaluation: Establish metrics and tools to gauge the success of social responsibility initiatives, ensuring they yield tangible and significant outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups, non-profit organizations, and governmental bodies, to cultivate robust partnerships.
  • Research and Insights: Conduct investigations into social issues, trends, and best practices to guide program development and ensure alignment with industry benchmarks.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to convey program results and impacts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to clients and their teams on social responsibility strategies and program execution.
  • Continuous Development: Remain informed about emerging trends in social responsibility and consistently seek opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in social responsibility consulting, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related area.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities with the proficiency to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis and impact assessment to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to think strategically and devise innovative solutions to social responsibility challenges.
  • Commitment to Social Change: Profound dedication to social responsibility and a desire to make a positive impact in society.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, data analysis, and communication.
