Restaurant Depot - Department Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of Aisle-person/Stockers in the Department. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as planning and preparing work schedules to meet the needs of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Aisle-person/Stockers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to meet the needs of the Department
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
