Amentum is seeking a highly skilled RPA Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting deployments to various locations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock, and ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to support operations.
- Logistics Support: Assist in verifying materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and damages.
- Warehouse Operations: Perform warehousing and support duties in support of operations, including storing, stacking, and palletizing materials and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform miscellaneous quality assurance duties, including CTK inspections, inventory process checks, and inspecting and examining materials.
- Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory levels, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve inventory management processes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on inventory levels, supply chain activities, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field; prior experience as a Defense Contractor or in RPA operations a plus.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of governing supply systems and programs; analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under deadlines and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Government Driving Permit; must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated with booster.
- Associate Degree: In a relevant career field.
- RPA Operations Experience: Prior experience in RPA operations and deployment.
- Vehicle Operator Training: Prior experience with vehicle operator training.
- Supply Chain Experience: Prior experience in supply chain and logistics.
