Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality performance.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in a call center, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and provide excellent customer service.
