Human Resources Manager Role Overview

At Teneo Linguistics Company LLC, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is a key part of our organization, responsible for ensuring that our staff remains motivated, cohesive, and aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a supportive work environment.
  • Handle staff onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.
  • Coordinate professional development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Program Director to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate personnel for uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with all local and federal laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with experience in non-profit or humanitarian settings being a plus.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and best HR practices.
  • Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, will be considered an advantage though not mandatory.
