Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at North American Partners in Anesthesia. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Managers, ensuring the efficient processing of candidate information and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Teams to create and send offer letters to candidates
  • Enter offer details and notify stakeholders of candidate acceptance
  • Manage candidate files and maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Process candidate reimbursements and maintain administrative processes for referrals
  • Support Talent Acquisition Managers with Name Clears and monthly/quarterly audits
  • Manage external posting channels and maintain Recruitment Inbox
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree required
  • Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
