The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Managers, ensuring the efficient processing of candidate information and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Talent Acquisition Teams to create and send offer letters to candidates
- Enter offer details and notify stakeholders of candidate acceptance
- Manage candidate files and maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Process candidate reimbursements and maintain administrative processes for referrals
- Support Talent Acquisition Managers with Name Clears and monthly/quarterly audits
- Manage external posting channels and maintain Recruitment Inbox
- Four-year college degree required
- Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with strong organizational skills
- Experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills
- Salary: $25.00-$28.00
