About the Role

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial success of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and laws, and developing management-level crewmembers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure the overall financial success of the restaurant, forecast and budget, and monitor profit and loss statements.
  • Compliance and Operations: Ensure overall restaurant compliance to company standards, policies, and laws, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Crew Development: Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers, create crewmember work and training schedules, and develop management-level crewmembers.
  • Customer Service: Deploy crewmembers during a shift, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
  • Leadership: Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards, act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Age and License: Must be 18 years of age or older, and possess a valid driver's license.
