About the Role:
Xclusive Homes LLC is a leading residential and commercial real estate company with a strong presence in the local market. As an Area Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new sales leads and expanding existing relationships. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including property purchases, sales, seasonal rentals, corporate relocations, and referral services.

We are seeking an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can consistently meet and exceed profit margins and revenue targets. You will have at least three years of experience in managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and possess excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to hit the ground running, analyze local market trends, and determine ways to motivate the sales team. You will also be responsible for interviewing and hiring new talent, ensuring they align with our projected commission plans. The estimated salary for this role is $82,000 plus commission.
