Job Description

Uplift Desk is seeking a seasoned Creative Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our leadership team to understand the intricacies of the Uplift Desk brand and develop a creative strategy that reflects our values and mission.
  • Lead a team of creative professionals in the development of marketing initiatives, including graphic design, 3D graphics, copywriting, video, and photography.
  • Maintain brand style guides and ensure all creative assets are on-brand and meet our high standards.
  • Manage external contractors and agencies to expand our creative capacity and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our creative department.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of success in creative services.
  • Strong background in creative disciplines, including graphic design, animation, video production, and photo editing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools, including GSuite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.
