Job Title: Creative Services Manager

At Integrative Recruiting, we're seeking a seasoned Creative Services Manager to lead our creative department and drive the company's creative vision and execution.

Job Summary:

The Creative Services Manager will oversee the creative team, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality creative outputs across all platforms. This role requires a strong background in creative disciplines, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal leadership and manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring professional growth and a collaborative working environment.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's style guide and design standards, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets both budget and business impact priorities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, channel managers, and other departments to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources, ensuring high-quality outputs in graphic design, 3D rendering, video production, and photography.
  • Collaborate with New Product Development and Marketing teams to produce visual content for product listings, web pages, and marketing materials.
  • Bring innovative ideas and a strong strategic approach to elevate the brand to new heights.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role in creative services.
  • Proven ability to direct, mentor, and build trust with creative teams.
  • Strong background in creative disciplines, including video production, 3D rendering, graphic design, and photo editing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal leadership and manage expectations.
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a solid understanding of current creative media trends.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working in a creative marketing team.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software.
