Job Title: Creative Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Services Manager to join our team at UPLIFT Desk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our creative vision, leading our creative team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our creative strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage our creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and team growth.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team, product development, and sales teams to understand business needs and develop creative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage external contractors and agencies to expand our creative capacity and deliver high-quality work.
  • Develop and maintain our brand style guide, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of leading creative teams and developing successful creative strategies.
  • Strong background in creative disciplines, including graphic design, animation, video production, and photo editing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools, including GSuite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
