We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lucifer Lighting Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process and problem-solve orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that it is easier to do business with Lucifer Lighting than any other lighting manufacturer.
  • Market products and initiatives to our sales representatives and train them to ensure their understanding of the benefits and features of each.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and be able to offer alternative product offerings to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in roles involving customer support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and highly-developed attention to detail.
  • Positive personality and enjoys assisting customers by telephone.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the lighting industry.
  • Familiarity with Infor Syteline ERP and/or Salesforce CRM.
