Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between lab operations team and clients, resolving issues and providing timely updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues over the phone and via email, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Gather data and provide information to clients from lab, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Input donor information into internal lab systems, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Coordinate client pickups and drop-offs, ensuring efficient and timely specimen collection.
  • Oversee entry of patient donor data into national database, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform client onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare, or medical field.
  • Experience in data entry, patient onboarding, tracking/logging metrics or data in computer programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, Outlook, and other computer tracking programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
