Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and support vital engineering and science initiatives at visionary companies. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, a desire for relationship-based selling, and a willingness to work in a performance-based environment. They will also have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Desire for relationship-based selling
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $67,725, plus unlimited commission potential. Our top performers can earn an average of $198,000 in year two and $261,000 in year five. We also provide a monthly car allowance, cell allowance, and benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k). Additionally, we offer tuition reimbursement, student loan debt management, and employee discounts.
