Client Engagement Manager

AEG is offering a unique sales opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Spokane, WA. This is a chance to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Job
You will be responsible for generating individual ticket and season ticket revenue through daily sales and relationship cultivation phone calls, messages, and email communications. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Generate individual ticket and season ticket revenue through daily sales and relationship cultivation phone calls, messages, and email communications
* Actively prospect new business opportunities, targeting potential sales leads who align with our brand and values
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and community engagement initiatives
* Assist in the development and execution of approved annual business and sales plans, operating budgets, and employee benefits packages
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years experience in ticket sales or sales-related role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to pass comprehensive background check, SafeSport Training, and maintain valid driver's license and insurance
Compensation
* Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission
* Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and paid vacation time
* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including 75% employer contribution for employee premiums and 50% employer contribution for dependent/spouse medical, dental, and vision
