About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions business unit, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management and analysis of sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Streamline and optimize processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue operations initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other tools to support revenue operations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Set and review revenue forecasts and targets, and measure and monitor progress toward goal achievement.
Requirements
  • Four-year or graduate degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue operations strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative environment and drive alignment among sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Experience in providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
