Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on molding, manual, and automated assembly equipment. This includes reviewing and updating the MP2 system to perform and record work order entry and purchase requisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic prints, injection molding knowledge, and experience with automation and PLC systems.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Review and update the MP2 system to perform and record work order entry and purchase requisitions
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, technicians, and leads to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- 2 years of maintenance or repair experience, including experience in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a Mechanical field
- Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic prints
- Injection molding knowledge and experience with molding machine repair
- Experience with automation and PLC systems
- Understanding of pneumatics and switches/sensors
