Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our guests, adhering to Starbucks' brand standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to Target's and Starbucks' standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
