Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Engineer to lead our engineering team in delivering large-scale building projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring engineers, developing project concepts and budgets, and producing high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team in delivering large-scale building projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on large-scale building projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
  • LEED AP or GA certification, with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
