Your Role:


As a Clinical Dietitian, you will screen, evaluate, create, and execute nutrition care plans tailored to the individual nutritional and educational needs of patients, adhering to departmental protocols for prompt and quality nutrition services.

You will utilize evidence-based practices whenever applicable and may participate in outpatient nutrition initiatives and clinics as needed. Additionally, you will engage in assigned projects and process enhancement activities.

Your Contributions:


Utilizing the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Standards of Care and Nutrition Care Process, along with hospital and departmental protocols, you will facilitate effective nutrition care for patients.

You will assess patients for nutritional risks in line with departmental guidelines and conduct thorough inpatient/client nutritional evaluations and re-evaluations across all age groups as per departmental screening and assessment protocols.

Qualifications:
Essential Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Completion of a minimum of 75 CEU hours every five years as per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Guidelines
- Current Registered Dietitian status or eligibility (to be obtained within six months of hire/transfer)
