Join the leading private practice specializing in allergy and asthma care in the Rocky Mountain Region, where you will thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered, and enjoyable work environment. For over five decades, we have been dedicated to treating both adult and pediatric patients suffering from allergies, asthma, and related immunological conditions.
Role Purpose: This full-time, non-exempt position is tasked with delivering both direct and indirect care to patients under the supervision of physicians, the Clinic Manager, and the Office Administrative Manager. We seek a motivated, experienced, and responsible individual to enhance our busy practice with their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proficiency as a Medical Office Assistant
- Demonstrate competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within the first 120 days of employment; Clinic Assistant III Skill Modules within the first year
- Show basic computer skills
- Ensure patient satisfaction by collaborating effectively with all team members
- Exhibit flexibility, professionalism, and a strong drive
- Maintain open lines of communication and foster a team-oriented atmosphere across all departments
- Take initiative and demonstrate self-motivation
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent
- Licensed Medical Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or similar qualifications
- A combination of relevant experience and education
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to understand and cross-train at the front desk is advantageous
