Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting and qualifying prospective residents, touring apartments, and leasing properties. You'll also be responsible for following up with leads, processing rental applications, and generating qualified traffic through outside marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review lease agreements and paperwork with residents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Tour apartments and lease properties to prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of our communities.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely and accurate processing of rental applications.
  • Process rental applications in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate qualified traffic through outside marketing efforts, including social media, online advertising, and community events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
