Senior E-commerce Manager

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Senior E-commerce Manager to enhance our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all major e-commerce projects and spearheading conversion enhancement initiatives. This position demands expertise in user experience (UX) and a strong command of e-commerce metrics, technology, A/B testing, and conversion rate enhancement. The candidate should possess a demonstrated history of managing and launching successful e-commerce platforms or features, with substantial experience in operating an e-commerce platform such as Magento.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all major e-commerce projects from initiation to completion.
  • Lead conversion enhancement efforts and formulate A/B testing methodologies.
  • Leverage e-commerce analytics to improve performance and user engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to e-commerce best practices, trends, and regulations.
  • Oversee technology stacks, including content management systems and platforms like Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in managing and launching successful e-commerce platforms or features.
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate enhancement.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with diverse e-commerce technology stacks, including content management systems and platforms.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Knowledge of front-end e-commerce operations, including SEO, content development, and campaign execution.
  • Selection, integration, and optimization of e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Integration of third-party tools to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate custom feature development to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategies for channels such as email, SMS, website, affiliates, organic search, and marketplaces.
  • Development and execution of promotional strategies and coordination of cross-functional campaigns.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance, load times, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Ensure website security, accuracy, quality, and SEO optimization of product descriptions.
Reporting Structure: The Senior E-commerce Manager will oversee the E-commerce Manager.
