About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to coach, train, and guide your team to excel in their roles and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business and maintain store profitability.
  • Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
  • Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of key holder, supervisory, and/or management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, financial, or service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply)

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
