We are hiring talented Program Managers with experience in electronic equipment design and manufacturing to support cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, and coordination of various engineering and manufacturing activities.

This role will involve working directly with stakeholders for requirements tracking, development coordination, pre-release product delivery, qualification support, launch coordination, and sustaining engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop system, module, and board level requirements, plans, and schedules with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Drive project execution from scoping through delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional core teams in weekly sync calls and meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
  • Monitor projects to ensure goals are met and communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders.
  • Creatively develop plans to mitigate any issues affecting project deliverables.
  • Write product change notifications and plan details of Engineering Change Orders for product Bill-of-Material new releases and updates.
  • Participate in manufacturing change control board planning activities.
  • Ensure the company's technical compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially with respect to product EMC, Safety, and Ecology.
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans for compliance-related matters, including managing country certifications for products for EMC and Safety.
  • Explain and define compliance protocols and measures to stakeholders and relevant authorities.
  • Advise management on compliance-related matters.
  • Check the status of various business operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work with regulatory engineer to plan and coordinate product regulatory updates, including driving required changes through hardware and documentation updates into product releases.
  • Work with ecology engineer to plan and coordinate collection of RoHS, REACH, and other related collateral to meet product requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science or Equivalent Experience.
  • 6+ years' experience supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, test, operations, support, and finance to successfully coordinate all aspects of adoption, qualification, launch, support, and sustaining engineering of HPC, complex networking, or related products.
  • 4+ years' experience in project management methodology and best practices including PMBOK and use of Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • 4+ years' experience effectively balancing coordination of internal resources and deliveries with product requirements to ensure delivery goals are met and effectively providing status to and managing expectations of senior management.
  • 1+ years' experience with product EMC and Safety compliance and regulatory activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to collaborate and lead where necessary.
  • A critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Sound business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks as appropriate.
  • Strive for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Prior hardware and/or software development experience.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience with JIRA or other bug tracking software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar schedule tracking tools.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including working with formulas.

This position is hybrid (on-site with some remote work possible) at the headquarters in the Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne, PA. The successful candidate resides within commuting distance. The successful candidate resides regionally nearby: PA, NJ, MD, DE. This role requires support for the East Coast time-zone. No relocation assistance available.
