Job Summary

Savers | Value Village is seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Manager to support our service side or backroom product flow function. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our stores, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience: Preferred.
