Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress against established milestones.
  • Guide project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, document progress, and provide necessary technical support.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in project management and engineering.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
