About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Surg RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, evaluating treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
  • Evaluate and customize treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Lead by example, inspiring commitment to our organization's vision, mission, and values

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program
  • Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • Minimum two years of healthcare experience, preferably with a BSN and three years of experience
