Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure their automotive service needs are met
  • Lead and develop a high-performing auto service team, including selecting, coaching, and training technicians
  • Oversee the hiring process and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of auto service technical experience
  • 1 year of service manager or service writer experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance
  • Capacity to lead and coach others
  • Ability to recruit and select technicians and general service teammates successfully
  • Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues
  • Valid automotive driver's license
