Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with experienced technicians and installers

- Gain hands-on experience in residential HVAC service installation

- Assist with the delivery, installation, and handling of parts and tools at job sites

- Utilize various hand and power tools, demonstrating dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ensure compliance of HVAC systems with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

- Completion of an HVAC trade school program is preferred

- EPA certification is a plus

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

Compensation Transparency:
The starting salary for this position ranges from $25,000 to $35,000 annually.

The actual base pay will depend on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions.

Additional rewards may include incentive plans and eligibility for annual bonuses.

Physical Requirements:

Standing/Sitting:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

May require bending, climbing (stairs/ladders), repetitive motions, kneeling, reaching, squatting, standing, crawling, walking, and running.

May involve driving and sitting for extended periods.

Must be capable of maneuvering loads up to 75 lbs. through lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling.

May necessitate working in outdoor weather conditions.
