As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of installers to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best course of action for each installation.
  • Develop and implement installation plans to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the installation process.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all installations are completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all installers are up-to-date with the latest installation techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong background in leading a team of installers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of installers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of local and national codes and regulations, with the ability to ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with these standards.
