We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with national codes and best practices.
  • Supervise and train installation technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient installation processes.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective installation solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong background in leading installation teams.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong understanding of national codes and best practices.
  • Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal) and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • A willingness to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to meet customer demands and installation schedules.
