Your Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for welcoming and registering them while ensuring a seamless check-out process. Your role includes:
  • Warmly greeting guests with a sincere welcome, utilizing a positive and clear speaking voice, actively listening to requests, and providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Completing the registration process by accurately inputting and retrieving information from our system, confirming reservation details, and selecting appropriate room assignments based on guest preferences.
  • Verifying and processing credit card authorizations, managing cash transactions, and ensuring your assigned cash drawer is balanced.
  • Promptly addressing incoming guest calls with positive communication, inputting comments into reservations as necessary, and delivering messages and packages to guests as requested.
  • Ensuring accurate account closeouts at departure, and addressing any guest dissatisfaction with effective solutions and negotiations.
  • Handling guest complaints with thorough research to develop the best resolutions, remaining calm and alert during busy periods and emergencies.
  • Adhering to attendance policies and being available for scheduled shifts.
  • Performing any additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for guest service.
  • Experience with Hilton brands is preferred.
