About the Role

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads and driving customer loyalty through exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming leads and requests about Powersports Vehicles
  • Set and confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text
  • Customer follow-up and retention: Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
  • Assist with growing a team under you once our new location is receiving enough leads to add assistance
Requirements
  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Experience building and motivating a team of sales or internet sales associates
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles desired
