About the Role

Intralox, a leading provider of innovative conveyance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to join their Customer Service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service support to customers, managing accounts, and collaborating with a dynamic team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Manage a large volume of transactional work, including quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer recommendations and technical support for conveyor and belting solutions, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
  • Business Development: Assist customers with industry-specific product information, identifying opportunities to enhance their operations and drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and expand customer relationships, ensuring replacement and new business opportunities.
  • Account Co-Management: Collaborate with multiple team resources to co-manage accounts, utilizing the CRM system to efficiently oversee and cultivate strong customer connections.
Requirements
  • Mathematical and Technical Aptitude: Possess strong mathematical and technical skills, with the ability to complete and pass a mathematics test and technical aptitude assessment.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete and pass a written test.
  • Teamwork and Self-Management: Exhibit self-managed team player skills, with the ability to work rotating shifts and travel for business purposes.
  • Technical Skills: Possess working knowledge of Windows-based software and the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Availability: Be available to work occasional weekends for training and development, as well as some holidays.
Desired Qualifications
  • Business-to-Business Experience: Previous experience in business-to-business customer phone support service is preferred.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oracle, is a plus.
