Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Katmai Government Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Program Coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Functions
    • Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including data entry, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Assist in the management of IET ship dates, ensuring maximum training seat utilization.
    • Perform quality control for all documentation in the Warriors shipper packet.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate with the Initial Active-Duty Training (IADT) Manager, MEPS Guidance Counselors, and United States Army Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Liaisons regarding IADT Warriors issues.
    • Respond to LNO tickets in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Upload shipper documents into Vulcan.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Warriors' progress.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator or management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience
    • One to two years of related experience or a combination of education and experience to successfully perform the duties of the position.
  • Skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and hearing. Occasional walking or standing may be required. The work environment is primarily performed in a professional office setting.
