Job Title: Renewal Sales Support

At Palo Alto Networks, we're committed to protecting our digital way of life. As a Renewal Sales Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the subscription renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to provide accurate and timely quotes for maintenance and subscription renewals.
  • Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate installed customer base and service contract information in SAP and other applications.
  • Clearly understand all product offerings, subscription, and renewal licensing models.
  • Handle and manage internal credits requests and assets requests.
Requirements:
  • Related experience in quoting/order operations/sales environment.
  • High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using SAP Sales & Distribution module (or similar ERP system).
